Refund policy

 

We accept returns on garments that are unworn, fitted with all original tags and labels within 14 days of your order being delivered.  To return an item please click on the return form our website. If you are having trouble or difficulties email us at orders@snnude.com

All Sale items are FINAL SALE. 

Please note before placing an order. Bodysuits cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. 

To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.  Items can not be worn, washed or altered in any way.  Returns will not be accepted if the original tags or hygiene stickers have been removed. Please refer to product description of each product for specific return eligibly as some of our items are not refundable due to hygiene precautions.

SNNUDE reserves the right to refuse any return that is shipped after the 7 day grace period has expired or the items are not in their original condition.  Please be aware when trying on garments to avoid any makeup, hair or perfume transfer onto the garments.

It is important to note that as of right now SNNUDE does not cover return costs when items are requested to be sent back. Please email us for a return label that will be deducted from your refund. Please use your local post office or shipping provider listed on the label. Please provide us with your order number within the return package. 

Once your return has been received by our team and inspected thoroughly, we will send you a email that it has been received with a notification of approval or rejection of your refund.  Once your refund has been processed, payment will be issued to the original method of payment. 

Please allow up to 14 working days for returns to be processed. 21 days for international orders.

 EXCHANGES

Items can be exchanged, Please refer to product description before requesting an exchange. We will cover shipping as a one time courtesy one way. Store credit will be provided to you to place a new order with shipping amount deducted for your exchange to be sent to you. Please send queries to orders@snnude.com 

SNNUDE is not responsible for orders lost, stolen or damaged in transit. We recommend having all orders shipped to secure locations to prevent any delivery errors with the carrier. We do provide an option at extra cost for a Signature delivery upon arrival to you. (Please note) in some instances this may be a case by case basis that will be handled accordingly.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS/CANCELLATIONS

Please note that once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel your order or change the address.  Please take extra steps and care to insure when ordering with PayPal or Apple Pay to ensure shipping address is 100% correct before placing your order.
